You must follow applicable law and Meta, WhatsApp and TikTok policies, including consent rules for marketing messages.
4. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our data processing agreement.
5. AI output
The agent answers from your data and rules. You remain responsible for the information and offers you configure.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability and publish real uptime on our status page.
7. Liability
