Delete your account and data

1. Merchants

Owners can delete their workspace from Settings > Workspace > Delete. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.

If you chatted with a store that uses our platform, ask the store to delete your data, or email us and we will forward and track your request.

To delete data received through Meta platforms, email contact@sellyza.com with the phone number or account used. We confirm deletion within 30 days.

Invoices and records we must keep by law are retained for the legal period, then deleted.
